Shipping & Return Policies


Processing Times

The vast majority of orders (99.9%) will ship out within 1-2 business days. During times of high order volume, such as holidays, it may take a little bit longer.

Made-to-order and imported artisan products can take up to 4 weeks for creation and delivery.

Please note that our apparel products (t-shirts, hoodies, tanktops, etc.) are printed on-demand, and may take up to 2-7 days to print and ship out.

Shipping and Delivery

Some of our products ship direct from the manufacturer, and as such your order may arrive in multiple packages. You will receive a unique tracking number for each part of your shipment.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also view the “Order Notes” on your Account page.

Unavailable / Out of Stock Items

If -for whatever reason- an item is unavailable, you will be notified by phone and/or email, and we will process a refund within the next business day.



If the item you receive is damaged, or has a manufacturer defect, we will happily exchange it.

  • Exchanges of non-apparel products are accepted up to thirty (30) days after delivery.
  • Exchanges of Apparel products (clothing, costumes, footwear) are accepted up to fourteen (14) days after delivery.
  • All items must be in their original packaging and in an unused / unworn condition.
  • All returns and exchanges require prior approval.


If you decide you don’t like or don’t want an item, you can easily return it to us for store credit.

  • Returns for reasons other than damage or defect are accepted up to fourteen (14) days after delivery.
  • Items returned for reasons other than damage or manufacturer defect will be refunded with store credit.
  • All items must be in their original packaging and in an unused / unworn condition.
  • All returns and exchanges require prior approval.
  • Returns for reasons other than damage or defect will be given store credit.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items

We cannot accept returns on imported or custom-made items for any reason other than damage or manufacturer defects.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
  • Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
  • Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.


Can I Combine Multiple Orders?

We cannot combine separately placed orders; your items will ship out in the order that they were processed.

Can I Ship an Order to Multiple Locations?

Unfortunately, we can not ship an order to multiple addresses. If you need to send items to separate locations, you will need to place multiple orders.

Can You Change the Shipping Address Once My Order Has Been Sent?

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the destination address. Sadly, we are not wizards.

Do You Ship to P.O. Boxes?

We cannot ship orders to P.O. boxes. The shipping address must be a valid street address.


99% of our products and customers are located within the USA. However there are times where our customers or certain products require international shipping. These orders, though rare, do have their own set of caveats and addendums that we would like to explain:

  • A small selection of our products are imported from artisans in Europe. These products will be labeled on the product page.
  • Customs fees for imported or orders shipped internationally may be charged by the courier upon delivery and required to obtain your order.
  • These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges; you are responsible for all customs, taxes and fees.
  • Shipping outside the USA is not available through the standard cart checkout. If you wish to order an item for delivery outside the USA, please contact us to request a quote.
  • We are not able to mark orders as “gifts”.
  • We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
  • GarbGeek has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. Please contact your local customs office if you wish to learn more.
